My Approach

My approach to counseling integrates the use of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and a  Person-Centered approach. I specialize in supporting people who are experiencing challenges with self-esteem, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, chronic stress, and challenges with prioritizing self-care. I encourage individuals to embrace who they truly are while learning to balance their needs and wants with those of others around them.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment that allows individuals to feel valued, understood, and free to express their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. 

I believe that change happens when people are given the opportunties needed to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives. I strive to provide an environment of compassion and support to help individuals to overcome obstacles, move forward and thrive.
